Holly also develops partnerships and initiatives with national and regional organizations and presents at their conferences. Teresa Tilton, RCE joined the New Jersey REALTORS® in 2000 and is the Director of Professional Services. At the New Jersey REALTORS®, Ms. Tilton is the staff liaison on the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, Bylaws Committee, Risk Management/License Law Committee, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, and the REALTOR® Relief Response Team.

Ms. Tilton has earned her REALTOR® Certified Executive designation, At Home with Diversity certification and is a Professional Standards Certified Administrator. Ms. Tilton currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, Association Executives Institute Advisory Work Group.
