Over 8,500 attendees are expected at Triple Play 2019.
A business casual dress code is suggested for all of the educational sessions, the trade expo and all special events, unless otherwise noted.
The registration fee entitles you to attend any of the education sessions (excluding the designation courses and select additional cost courses), CE credit where applicable, our Opening Keynote Session, Grow Your Business Panel, the Kickoff Reception, the Icebreaker Reception, entrance to the Trade Expo, and shuttle service to and from the official headquarters hotels and the Convention Center during Trade Show hours.
NYSAR member registration also includes NYSAR Member Reception
Designation courses and select additional cost courses, NJ REALTORS® President’s Installation & Gala tickets, PAR Luncheon, RPAC High Roller’s Lounge entrance, hotel accommodations, transportation and meals are not included in the registration fee.
Requests for cancellation of any type must be in writing NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 22, 2019 and are subject to the following fees:

Members of the National Association of REALTORS® from other states may attend the Triple Play REALTORS® Convention & Trade Expo at the same member registration fee as tri-state members. Please use your NRDS Number to log into online registration.

The following Designation/Certification courses will be offered at the 2019 Convention:
No, completing a designation course at Triple Play does not entitle the attendee to that designation – there are many requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to receive the specific designations. Please visit the National Association of REALTORS®’s website for a complete listing of Designations/Certifications and their requirements.
No, you do not need to register for CE sessions. In order to receive CE credit, during convention registration, you will need to provide your appraisal and/or real estate license number for all license types you wish to receive credit in. Your registration fee includes CE and we only require your license number(s) to ensure you receive credit when applicable.
All designation courses require pre-registration.
IMPORTANT!!! Pennsylvania licensees initially licensed on or after December 1, 2017 are required to take specific, mandatory courses which are NOT available at Triple Play 2019.
CE registrants must attend the entire session in order to earn credit for the session. To assure proper credit for any Real Estate or Appraisal CE courses you are taking, you MUST scan your convention badge whenever you ENTER and EXIT the room. If your badge will not scan, please fill out the sign in sheet available at door and your sign in/out time will be recorded for you.
The Kickoff Reception is the kickoff networking event for the convention. All attendee are welcome and encouraged to attend. Mix and mingle with real estate pros from NY, NJ and PA. Catch up with old friends, make new contacts, and party through the night!
The Icebreaker Reception is your chance to meet and mingle with fellow attendees. The celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10th from 9:00 PM – 11:59 PM at Caesars Atlantic City’s Palladium Ballroom.
Your convention badge is your ticket to music, dancing, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, soft drinks, cash bar and plenty of networking opportunities!

The RPAC High Rollers’ Suite will be open on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Atlantic City Convention Center – Room 308/309.
Relax and recharge at Triple Play while supporting the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). Your $250 investment at the door will count towards your 2020 RPAC Goal.
Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70 percent of each contribution is used by the State PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state reaches its RPAC goal, 30 percent is sent to National RPAC to support Federal candidates and is charged against you limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state reaches its RPAC goal, it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
Convention registration does not include hotel reservations. You must be registered for the convention to secure attendee discount reservations at the official convention hotels. All hotel reservations will be processed by AmeriRoom Reservations, the official convention housing bureau. See our Hotel & Travel page for more information.

After registering for the convention, call AmeriRoom Reservations, our official housing bureau, at 1–800-888-5825, to reserve your room. You must first have registered for the convention and received your convention registration confirmation PIN# in order to secure hotel reservations.

All room reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. AmeriRoom Reservations will be able to assist you with your accommodations need right up until December 9th, the first day of the convention.
Yes, if you book your hotel room through AmeriRoom Reservations, our official housing bureau, shuttle service to and from your hotel to the Atlantic City Convention Center is included.
Items are turned in to the Lost & Found box in the Triple Play Headquarters office. Please contact us to inquire if your missing item was turned in. You may also contact the Atlantic City Convention Center at 609-449-2000 to inquire about lost items.
