In this session, you’ll learn agency, inside and out. Too many agents have no clue who they represent in a transaction. An agent’s fiduciary responsibility to their client or principal is the same bond that an attorney has with his/her client. OLD CAR is designed to help agents remember the six components of an agency relationship. You’ll also learn to distinguish between a client and customer, and what you owe each party. Stigmatized properties will also be covered in this session.
