For real estate professionals, fair housing is at the heart of the industry. Because groups or classes of people have been discriminated against, the Federal Government has enacted laws to help eliminate discriminatory practices. This session explores how you can avoid things that might be illegal, unethical or unfair. As the saying goes, “Ignorance is no excuse.”
