Anthony received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2001. He joined the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in 2005 as the Director of Legal Services and was named General Counsel in 2013. Prior to joining NYSAR, he worked for a law firm that specialized in real estate on a statewide level. The Legal Services Department is responsible for NYSAR’s free Legal Hotline, the production of legal publications on current real estate issues, providing legal updates during the NYSAR business meetings and maintaining the NYSAR Statewide Forms Library. The legal department also assists the Government Affairs Department with their legislative agenda.
