Hank Lerner is the Director of Law & Policy for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. In his role he oversees the Standard Forms and Professional Standards programs, and works on all sorts of various legal/regulatory/compliance issues for the association. He is a frequent speaker on legal, ethical and risk reduction issues around the state and beyond, and has served on several NAR committees and in other roles.

Hank earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from William and Mary Law School. He has been admitted to the bar since 1994, and has been with PAR in a variety of positions since 2000.

Patrick attended Hudson Valley Community College and the University of Delaware’s Institute for Organization Management. He holds the REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation. Prior to joining the staff of the New York State Association of Realtors® (NYSAR) in 1981, Patrick worked extensively in politics in various capacities.

NYSAR’s Member & Board Services Department is responsible for professional standards and Code of Ethics, multiple listing issues, fair housing and cultural diversity, membership/board policy and procedures, and the NYSAR Leadership Academy.

He is also actively involved in several NAR committees and has served as the Dean of the NAR Association Executives Institute.

Teresa Tilton, RCE joined the New Jersey REALTORS® in 2000 and is the Director of Professional Services. At the New Jersey REALTORS®, Ms. Tilton is the staff liaison on the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, Bylaws Committee, Risk Management/License Law Committee, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, and the REALTOR® Relief Response Team.

Ms. Tilton has earned her REALTOR® Certified Executive designation, At Home with Diversity certification and is a Professional Standards Certified Administrator. Ms. Tilton currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, Association Executives Institute Advisory Work Group. A graduate of Rider University, Ms. Tilton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Pre-Law.
